RMCC will deliver concrete with properties that are in compliance with the customer's needs, while meeting or exceeding all relevant governing standards concerning our products.
We have implemented and will maintain a Quality Management System based on the guidelines and principles of ACI 121. We eagerly undertake this discipline as a validation of our commitment to providing a quality product, at a competitive price in a timely manner to all of our customers.
We acknowledge that our Quality Management System depends totally on the people in the organization, and that ongoing training and communication is the basis for our success. All employees are empowered to participate in the continuous improvement process; key performance indicators must be visible to all employees in order to facilitate the continuous proactive change throughout the organization.
The Quality Policy must be explained and discussed with every employee at least once a year.
